In April 2025 I started working with Company, Place on their public arts strategy for the ongoing development at Eddington, Cambridge. Focussing on nature and the proposed building of shared gardens, the strategy looks at the role of artists can play in connecting a sense of place to the local landscape. Central to the new strategy is a rethinking of the traditional installation of static public artworks, and instead looking at more engaging methodoligies: through artist placements, workshops and art that works with the seasons and growing cycles.

In June 2025 I delivered a public engagement event ‘Tracing Trees’ at Storey’s Field Centre. The workshop used rubbing/frottage to ask local residents what relationship they had with the existing nature and trees. The workshop was delivered alongside a guided walk from local artist Jo Sinclair (author of Cambridgeshire: 40 Town & Country Walks, 2021), and coordinated by Company, Place. More information about the workshop can be found here︎︎︎which also includes a link to to download a booklet about rubbing, that I designed and printed for the event.
